Sorry It Been So Long

Well it been quite awhile since I last posted, but I have just not been able to get the computer away from my Mom. She has been hogging it on me. Last time I told you about the costume contest at Thompson Park. I have included a few more pictures of me in my costume.

As you can tell I was really thrilled.

And now here are a few pictures of me in my holiday outfit that my Mom made me wear.

Been a Long Time

I know it has been a long time since my last update. Basically nothing new has been happening until the last two weeks. On Saturday, October 6th, I participated in the Monmouth SPCA dog walk at Brookdale College. Boy was it hot that day. Felt like the middle of August. I had a great time. Ran into an old freind that I had met in my first puppy obidience class at PetSmart, Bear. He sure got big. Here is a picture of him.

On the following Sunday I went to Thompson Park Day and entered the Strut Your Mutt costume contest. I thought I looked cute but I didn't win anything. There were a lot of other dogs all dressed up for the contest. I ran into my obiedience instructor who was there with her three dogs dressed up as characters from the Wizard of Oz. Even there Mom and Dad dressed up.

It's Been Awhile

I know it has been awhile since I last posted, but nothing really new has been happening. This past month has been pretty boring. The last time that I went to lure racing was in the beginning of August and we don't have another practice until Sept 21. The field we use was being used for other things so they wouldn't let us practice there.

This past Sunday I went to a birthday party for my friend from the dog park, Bella, she is a Rat Terrier that I met last summer. She just turned two. It was held at All About Doggies daycare in Shrewsbury. That's where my Mom takes me every so often. It is alot of fun going there and playing all day with the other dogs. Especially with my wife Trixie. The party was fun. Got to see all of my friends that I haven't seen it awhile. Kobe, Faylin, Marco, Milo, and of Bella the Italian greyhound was there. And a couple of new friends I made at the last party. Nanook and Pooka, they are Newfounlands and boy are they big. Here are some of the pictures my Mom took.

Agility Class

Well since I last posted I've been pretty busy. First I started my Agility class at Purr-n-Pooch in Tinton Falls. It is fun. You get to jump over a hurdle, run through a tunnel and walk over a board. And the best part of it is that I get treats for doing all this. My Mom is getting a workout too since she has to run with me to get me to do it. I've also been doing Lure Coursing over at Bucks Mill Recreation in Colts Neck. I am going to get my Mom in shape with all the running I've have to do. Weekly Update

Well let's see...what did I do this week. Went to work everyday with my Mom and of course I went to the dog park in the evening. Didn't go to Lure this week because my Mom didn't feel like it. I hope I get to go this Friday. Had to go to the vet's on Friday to get my Lyme disease shot. It's not bad to go to the vet's . They give me treats. That's the best part. My Mom told me that there is going to be another pool party at All About Doggies in a couple of weeks. It is being hosted by Marco, Milo, Bella and Orville. Can't wait. Had such a good time at the last one. Maybe this time I will try and swim in one of the pools. Last time all I did was get my feet wet.

Haven't really been up to much this past week. Oh I did go to Lure Coursing last Friday nite in Colts Neck. It was fun. You run all around a big open field chasing a bag that is attached to a wire. However, the battery ran out on it and I couldn't finish the course. Going back this Friday. Otherwise all I've I have been doing is hanging out at home during the day and going to the dog park at night.

Kobe and Faylin's Pool Party

Yesterday I went to the pool party at All About Doggies Daycare in Tinton Falls that was hosted by Kobe and Faylin. Boy did we all have a great time. All of my friends were there and I was able to meet some new friends. We had cake and ice cream. The cake was made especially for the party.

Well, it has been a whole week since I have had chance to update what I've been up to. Besides going to the dog park every night, I went to work with my Mom on Wednesday which is a lot of fun. It's good she works at a company that allows her to bring me in once in awhile. On Friday night when I was at the park I made a new friend. A puppy golden retriever. We had a great time playing with each other. Of course I got all wet from her so when I started playing with my other friend Faylin, I wound up getting filthy. Doesn't pay to play in the dirt. You would think I would be smart enough to stay in the grass. My Mom wishes I would. On Saturday we went to all the pet stores looking for a bathing suit for the pool party that Faylin and Kobe are hosting at our daycare center this coming Saturday. Can't wait. It should be a lot of fun.

Had really good weekend. On Saturday I went to the dog park in the morning to have a playdate with my wife Trixie. Then my Mom took me back to the park in the evening. Went in the big dog side. My friends Kobe and Faylin were there. Had a great time playing with them. Then later my other friends, Marco, Milo and Bella showed up. Of course I got filthy from playing in the dirt so I had to take a bath when I got home. We went back to the park on Sunday. All my friends were there..Bella, Monty, Connie and of course Trixie. It was good to see them.
